According to sources, Alonso’s involvement with the Oscar-nominated film ‘Argentina, 1985’ was at the center of her dismissal.
In a 17-year career at Marvel Studios, Alonso was responsible for producing the animation and vfx for films that have grossed over $25 billion in global box office.
“I’m especially thrilled about ramping up our studio’s animation efforts, which is a personal passion of mine,” says Alonso.
