The immersive tech could eventually allow park visitors to interact with Mickey Mouse and Elsa as images, not cast members in costume.

“The consumer is probably more impatient than they’ve ever been before,” says Chapek.
Disney has subjected the company that bears her name to her harshest criticism yet.

On the upside, the Disney+ streaming service has passed 60 million subscribers in less than nine months.
