Netflix Expands Partnership With Korea’s Red Dog Culture House, Producers Of ‘Dragon Age: Absolution’
Netflix and Dragon Age: Absolution production company Red Dog Culture House have expanded their current relationship with a new production deal to create more animated series.

- Based in Seoul, South Korea, Red Dog Culture House also worked on Netflix’s popular Witcher animated spinoff The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf, Centaurworld, and Love, Death + Robots segment “Good Hunting.”
- Details of the deal between Netflix and Red Dog are slim, but the studio produces 2d animation. The agreement with Netflix extends across multiple years.
- Dragon Age: Absolution is based on the popular fantasy RPG video game series Dragon Age, which debuted in 2009. That game’s producers, Bioware, collaborated on the animated series adaptation which releases worldwide on Netflix tomorrow.
- Dragon Age: Absolution was written by Mae Catt (The Legend of Vox Machina), Tim Sheridan (Batman: The Long Halloween), and Mairghread Scott (Guardians of the Galaxy animated series), and directed by Ki Yong Bae (animation department on The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf) with Scott as showrunner.
