Youtube Animator CircletoonsHD, Signs With Odd Projects
EXCLUSIVE: Youtube animator Christian Brantley, better known as CircletoonsHD (2.35 million subscribers), has signed with talent management company Odd Projects.
Odd Projects will represent Brantley in all areas and support the expansion of the CircletoonsHD business, initially focusing on merchandise, licensing, and endorsements.
Brantley is based in Maryland and has become well-known for his humorous videos which cover the worlds of video games, movies, and memes. His simplified animation style, made mostly with MS Paint, utilizes dynamic camerawork to supplement the on-screen action and allows Brantley to put out videos incredibly quickly, meaning that the content on his channel is consistently current. His most popular videos include “Life of a Speedrunner” (22 million views) and “Max Level in an RPG” (13 million views).
More than just a popular success, Brantley has also proved a commercial success by partnering with global brands like Ubisoft, Fromsoftware, and Wizards of the Coast. Most recently, his work was featured on Bandai Namco’s official Youtube channel to promote the global video game hit Elden Ring.
The representation deal is the latest in a string of similar partnerships for Odd Projects, which recently signed leading Tiktok animators Nutshell and King Science in August. According to Odd Projects founder Nate Ruff, the company was founded specifically to represent internet-based creators and to help them scale their art across all platforms while diversifying into other media such as books, podcasts, and television.
Brantley will be managed by Ruff with support from recently promoted talent coordinator Grant Sharretts.
