AMID AMIDI (LinkedIn) is a founder of Cartoon Brew, as well as an author, historian, and consultant, with numerous books to his credit. He has written The Art of Pixar: The Complete Color Scripts and Select Art from 25 Years of Animation for Pixar (2011) and was the youngest recipient of the Theatre Library Association Award which he received for his book Cartoon Modern: Style and Design in Fifties Animation (2006).

JOE FORDHAM (Linktree) has worked in animation, special effects, and visual effects in London and Los Angeles. He was associate editor at Cinefex for two decades, and he has authored ‘making of’ film and television books including publications about the Star Trek, Planet of the Apes, and Alien universes.

TARA BENNETT is an entertainment journalist covering film and television for more than 20 years. She is also the author/co-author of more than 30 official ‘making of’/art books including Blue Sky Studios’ Ice Age, Rio, and Epic, The Story of Marvel Studios, Avatar: The Way of Water, and The Art of Ryan Meinerding.

CARLOS AGUILAR (@Carlos_Film) was chosen as one of six young film critics to partake in the first Roger Ebert Fellowship organized by the Sundance Institute and Indiewire in 2014. Aguilar’s work has appeared in prestigious publications such as New York Times, LA Times, Indiewire, Slate, Moviemaker Magazine, and Variety, among others.

COLE DELANEY is the host of Animator’s Breakfast, an animation podcast about inspiration, as well as creator of the YouTube channel Any-mation. He also works as a motion graphic designer in both animation and live-action features and tv series in Ireland.

CHRIS ROBINSON is the Artistic Director of the Ottawa International Animation Festival and the author of numerous books about animated films and filmmakers including Estonian Animation: Between Genius and Utter Illiteracy, Japanese Animation: Time out of Mind, Unsung Heroes of Animation, and Ballad of a Thin Man: In Search of Ryan Larkin.

KÉVIN GIRAUD is a journalist and animation buff based who has been writing as a freelancer in French and English for half a decade, mostly about animation. He is also the happy father of four: three kids and one Belgian cinema magazine, all equally demanding.

VINCENT ALEXANDER (Youtube) is an animator and cartoonist who works in 2d and stop motion. He received an MFA in animation from the Columbus College of Art & Design in 2018, and has directed music videos for D.P. Dough and Pretend Collective. He created the Youtube series Cartoon Remakes and directed the animated shorts Musical Man and the Magic Kazoo and Klickbait Kat.
