Turner Broadcasting’s Stuart Snyder To Keynote At MIPJunior’s 20th Edition
PARIS, June 29, 2012 — MIPJunior (6-7 October 2012), the world’s showcase for kids programming, announces today a keynote address by Stuart Snyder, President & COO of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.‘s Animation, Young Adults & Kids Media division. Opening MIPCOM in Cannes (8-11 October), MIPJunior is organised by Reed MIDEM.
Known as the driving force behind Turner Broadcasting’s Cartoon Network, Boomerang and Adult Swim, and celebrating Cartoon Network’s 20th Birthday, Snyder will speak at MIPJunior on the state of the kids business today and moving forward. He will also feature examples from the network’s experiences and evolution over the past 20 years.
Cartoon Network is the #1 US Network for boys 6-11, currently seen in nearly 100 million US homes and 168 countries around the world. Stuart Snyder previously managed Game Tap, CINAR Corp., USA Home Entertainment, and co-founded Turnstile Entertainment.
