Top Story: ‘The Wild Robot’ And ‘Arcane’ Lead 52nd Annie Award Nominations

Disney is making a major effort to promote the songs and music of Moana, with the release of several music videos and music sequences from the film.

The available clips are for “We Know The Way,” “You’re Welcome,” and “How Far I’ll Go,” the latter of which was just nominated for a Golden Globe.

The clips, posted on the DisneyMusicVEVO YouTube site, can be viewed below:

Disney’s ‘for your consideration’ awards web site also features interviews with the songwriters Lin-Manuel Miranda and Opetaia Foa’i, and the film’s score composer, Mark Mancina.

The studio’s strategy of releasing full songs online dates back to 2013 when Disney released the clip of Idina Menzel singing “Let It Go” from Frozen, which was written by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. The clip currently has more than 558 million views on YouTube, and the song won best original song at the Academy Awards in 2014.
