“I recently saw a clip of Mel Robbins saying motivation is garbage, because I won’t ever be ready for something challenging. Human bodies are programmed to flee at potential danger. Apparently if I want change, I just gotta do it. Easier said than done and I’m not sure if it’s true, but that’s the message that sticks in my brain right now!”
