Top Story: ‘The Wild Robot’ And ‘Arcane’ Lead 52nd Annie Award Nominations

Bill Plympton’s producer Desiree Stavracos has set up a donation drive to gather art supplies for kids affected by Hurricane Sandy. She writes:

I’m taking donations here at Plymptoons for art supplies for the kids who lost everything out in the Rockaways. My goal is to gather donations of kid-oriented art supplies (markers, sketchbooks, coloring books, etc), then me and my cycling group will transport them out there. We’re all very involved with the relief work out there and the kids are all going stir-crazy.

Suggested donations:
Coloring books
Markers
Colored pencils
Sketchbooks
Any other kid-oriented art supplies

Donations, which will be accepted until Friday, November 30th, can be dropped off at the Plymptoons studio in Manhattan. For more info, email desiree [at] plymptoons [dot] com.
